PSA-1267, stated that the A-E design firm must have an active production office within a 250 mile radius of Greenville, TN, established at least 90 days prior to the date of this announcement. This requirement is hereby corrected to state: the A/E design firm must have an active production office within the State of Tennessee established at least 90 days prior to this announcement. Also, an individual is defined as follows: An Architect who is a member of the prime Architectural firm or an Architect who is a member of another Architectural firm in association with the prime Architectural firm. A Design Studio is defined as: An Architect or group of Architects that are in business for the express purpose of performing Architectural Design Services. Included in Stage I Submittal is the following: The Standard Form 255 will provide examples of projects that the design firm, and, if utilized, an individual or design studio, are representing to illustrate their capabilities. The Standard Form 254 will be submitted for each entity utilized in the Stage I design process. It is the decision of the design firm how best to portray their submittals. Strict attention to information limitations is required. Stage I submittal information remains to be received by the above aforementioned office by 3:00 P.M., local time, on February 24, 1995.
