Services would include observations, reviewing existing data, calculations, preparing darwings and specifications, construction period duties and site visits. Firm must have in-house capabilities for all plumbing, heating and air conditioning disciplines including supervisors, designers, drafters, specification writers, typists and estimators. It is preferred that firms have a qualified Industrial Hygienist on board in the event that asbestos is identified in the area of renovation. Interested Firms must have working offices within a 150-mile radius of the Albany, NY City limits. The Government intends to award contract for the period of April 1, 1995 through September 30, 1995, with two (2) yearly renewal options for the periods of October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 and October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997.
