Services would include observations, reviewing existing data, calculations, preparing drawings and specifications, construction period duties and site visits. Firms must have the in-house capabilities for all structural and borings disciplines including supervisors, designers, drafters, specification writers, typists and estimators. Interested Firms must have working offices within a 150-mile radius of the Albany, NY, City limits. The Government intends to award contract for a period of April 1, 1995 through September 30, 1995, with two (2) yearly renewal options for the periods of October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 and October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997.
