D -- RESEARCH FACILITIES AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS SERVICES FOR DRYDEN FLIGHT RESEARCH CENTER POC LINDA BONHAM, (805) 258-3344, Contract Specialist, LINDA BONHAM, Contracting Officer This is an announcement of Dryden's intent to issue a reques t for information for on-site services in the areas of opera tions, maintenance and repair, engineering services, system development, production, installation & documentation, which includes providing all Govt-required labor, repair parts, ma intenance supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, coordi nation, documentation, administration, management, & related services required to service the following listed system are as in an effective, efficient, & reliable manner. The servic es include recurring engineering & operational services perf ormed by resident staff in the following major system areas: Western Aeronautical Test Range Systems, Integrated Test Fac ility Systems, Information Systems (including the Data Analy sis Facility), and Thermostructures Laboratory Computer Syst ems. Most of these areas utilize skills associated with ele ctronic or computer systems, and involve computers, data com munications, & telecommunications. The RFI will request indu stry comments on the Govt's draft statement of work in the a reas of: estimate of labor skills; mix; qtys; the Govt's app roach to work structure & organization. Firms interested in this acquisition & in reviewing & commenting on the draft SOW should send a request in writing with 15 days of this noti ce. The RFI will be issued o/a Mar 8, 1995. This is not an R FP. Size standard of $2.5M will be used to determine busines s size. Specify whether large or small business in response. (0037)
