The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure the following service. Validation of Navy air defense and air defense related threat simulators used for test and evaluation and aircrew electronic warfare training ranges. The effort includes data collection, simulator data collection, intelligence data research, data base updates, and development and documentation of validation reports. The contractor will be required to posses or have the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance. This solicitation is NOT open to any foreign owned companies. The contract will include an organizational conflict of interest clause. The Government anticipates the award of a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Level of Effort Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract. The contract will be for a basic period of two years, and three one year options. A presolicitation conference will be held at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA approximately 16 days after solicitation release.
