The Maintenance is to begin 01 MAR 1995 and continue through 30 SEP 1995. For the purpose of this schedule buy, the systems life is one year. Only written responses shall be accepted and must include GSA contract number, if applicable, prices, capability of meeting the required delivery schedule and sufficient information to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. All inquiries must be received within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. If no affirmative written responses are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice to the effect that a comparable source exists or that it is more advantageous for the Government than purchasing from the FIP schedule, an order will be placed with Computervision Corporation from the GSA schedule contract. No solicitation document exists and requests for such documents will be considered non-responsive and not valid for consideration. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
