The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, has a requirement for technical, engineering, and logistic support services for the Air Traffic Control Division of the Engineering Group. This effort involves providing specialized technical, engineering, and logistic services to design, develop, integrate, test and evaluate, install, certify, and maintain fleet Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems. The following systems will require support: Precision Approach and Landing Systems, AN/SPN-35 Aircraft Control Approach Central, AN/SPN-41 Aircraft Approach Control Transmitting Set, AN/SPN-42A Landing Control Central, TRN-28 Aircraft Approach Control System, AN/SPN-46 Automatic Carrier Landing Systems, AN/AYK-14 Computer, Shipboard Air Traffic Control Systems, AN/SPN-43A/B/C Radar Set, AN/SPN-42T4 Landing Control Central, Fleet Area Control and Surveillance Facility Systems and Peripherals, various Air Traffic Control systems and subsystems, etc. The contractor will be required to provide services in the areas of technology assessment, system performance analyses, system level procurement package development services, system test planning, system test and evaluation support, integrated logistic support, computer resources life cycle support, systems engineering, Air Traffic Control Campus Area Network support, configuration management, base electronic system engineering plan preparation, technical management support, program planning support, and quality assurance. This is a competitive, negotiated acquisition. The Government intends to use ''Greatest Value Analysis'' in awarding this contract. The request for proposal will contain contract terms, scope of work, and proposal submittal requirements. Contract term is one year with options to renew four one-year terms. The estimated total number of hours per year is 55,000. A security classification of CONFIDENTIAL is required for performance of this contract. This contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This requirement is classified under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 8711, with a size standard of $20 million.
