The Logistics Competency, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, has a requirement for engineering and technical support services including integrated logistics support, supportability analyses, computer controlled maintenance software test and evaluation, foreign military sales, computer-aided acquisition and logistics support, reliability and maintainability, and systems safety analyses. The services will be in support of land-based, sea-based, and carrier-based weapons systems. Services are required for a base year plus four one-year option periods of performance. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus Fixed Fee type contract is anticipated. The estimated manhours for these services include a total of 299,520 manhours for each period of performance for a grand total of 1,497,600 manhours for the five year period. A Pre-Proposal Conference is tentatively planned for mid April 1995.
