Qualified contractors and their personnel must be currently certified by the US Coast Guard as River Pilots covering reaches of the river from Baton Rouge, La. to the Gulf of Mexico. This procurement is being conducted as a 100% small business set aside. Small business classification size limit is $ 3.5M.
