R -- COMPILATION, CALCULATION AND THE DOCUMENTATION OF DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESOLVING BACK PAY CLAIMS FOR VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE ABERDEEN AREA POC Jerry L. The Indian Health Service is soliciting sources interested in providing services to compile and document data for the purpose of resolving back pay claims submitted at various offices through out the Aberdeen Area, which includes locations in North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska. Prospective contractors shall be responsible for the interpretation and implementation the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Title V USC regulations, ``Government Organization and Employees''. The applicability of these regulations will be in direct reference to standby and call back pay procedures for exempt and non-exempt Federal employees. Contractor's will be responsible for completion of all documents in a redescribed manner with samples and all pertinent data being provided. (037)
