Slana (Site Code DODAAC) PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The new 18,693 SF Security Police Operations Facility will be a reinforced concrete slab on grade with masonry and brick exterior walls, gypsum board and CMU interior walls with a ceiling concrete slab. Roof will be a standing seam metal roof on a wooden frame truss. Work will include all utilities, paving for parking, civil site work, and landscaping. Included will be replacement of firing range cover supports and roof, and demolition of four off site buildings. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis System) is required. Bid documents are available on or about 16 February 1995. Costs are as follows: Plans half size $15.00. Specifications $53.00. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
