Provide all labor and materials to relocate the radar lab at the USCG Reserve Training Center, Yorktown, VA. The project includes demolition of existing interior finishes, steel vault walls and ceiling, installation of new doors, windows, and finishes, and rework of the existing mechanical and electrical systems. Contract performance time is 144 days after date of award. Estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation packages will be available o/a 28 February 1995 for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 per set; requests will be honored until supply is exhausted. Written requests for packages must be accompanied by Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard. Telephone requests will not be accepted. A pre-bid conference/site visit will be held o/a 14 March 1995. this is an unrestricted procurement per PL 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988. Offers will be accepted from both large and small businesses. For the purpose of determining size status, a small business is one whose average annual receipts for the preceding three years does not exceed $17 million (SIC 1542). All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the U.S. Coast Guard.
