The work includes the structural upgrade of the existing structural system, pre-engineering metal building addition to the second floor level, CMU and concrete building addition, exterior insulation and finish system, modified bitumen sheet roofing, interior concrete stair, exterior concrete fill metal stair, hydraulic elevator, gypsum wallboard partitions, insulation, steel and wood doors, aluminum entry doors and windows, ceramic tile floor and wall finishes, resilient flooring, painting, toilet partitions and accessories, laboratory casework and furnishing, industrial ventilation and exhaust systems, air conditioning compressed air systems, plumbing, wet pipe fire extinguishing sprinkler system, low voltage switchgear and secondary units substations, electrical wiring and lighting, fire alarm system, exterior pavement and improvements, and incidental related work.
