This project involves surface preparation and application of new paint on the interior and exterior surfaces of 5-each, 20' wide x 50' long metal buildings. The work includes proper removal and disposal of all adhered and partially adhered lead-containing paint on metal surfaces, prime and painting of metal surfaces, and preparation, prime, and painting of wood/concrete/masonite surfaces. The work also includes relocating and reinstalling furniture and furnishing to its original locaton as required to accomplish the work. This proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not leter than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received form SDB concerns, the solicitaton will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as frm SDB concerns. Contract term shall commence frm the date of award and shall be for a period of 120 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A limited number of bid packages will be available on or about 07 March 1995 at no charge and issued on a first come first serve basis. Only one set per request.
