Replace existing chilled water and condenser water pumps. Remove and replace piping and pipe components. Add a refrigerant monitor and emergency ventilation system for the central plant. Expand the existing control system to interface with the new equipment. Expand and modify the electrical system for the new equipment. Upgrade exit requirements, add walls and seal penetrations in the central plant, for ASHRAE 15 compliance. Remove and replace existing building items to create access for other contract work. All work to be phased and most or all work shall be performed after normal business hours and on weekends. Estimated cost range: $1,000,000 to $1,500,000.
