The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to remove the existing main roof and replace with new built-up membrane, providing tapered insulation maintaining 1/4'' per foot pitch. Remove and replace existing roof flashing, mechanical and equipment curbs as necessary. Also, provide roof treads as necessary - location to be determined by building's engineer. All work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents. The total estimated cost of construction for work covered by this solicitation is between $100,000 and $250,000 with a 120 calendar day construction period after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Specifications and drawings will be available on or about March 1, 1995. Sealed bids will be opened publicly on April 4, 1995 at 2:00 P.M. (Local Time). The project is open to all business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, responses from both small and large business concerns will be considered and evaluated for selection. The Small Business Size Standard for this project is $7 million.
