The project is for the construction of an 800 square feet addition to Building No. 138 to be used as a hydrazine maintenance and storage facility. In general, the work shall consist of breaking out and removal of existing concrete paving in the area where the new addition is located, providing new concrete foundations, new concrete block walls with insulated metal panels on the exterior new concrete block interior partitions, new roof system consisting of steel bar joists, metal deck, rigid insulation and raised seam metal roofing, metal framed windows, metal doors, frames and hardware. The work also includes plumbing, mechanical and electrical work, utilities and interior finishes. Estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a 100% Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Set-Aside. Solicitation packages are available at no charge.
