The Government intends to negotiate only with Parker Hannifin, Gull Electronics Systems Division under authority of FAR 6.302-1, pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), (only one responsible source). A market survey was conducted, including a CBD synopsis published October 21, 1994 and the results of this survey support our determination to negotiate with only Gull Electronic Division. (0038)
