16 -- SERVO RETROFIT KITS AND INSTALLATION FOR PIONEER RPV SOL N00019-94-C-0249 POC Contact, Warren Riedell, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to contract with Pioneer UAV, Inc., Hunt Valley, MD for retrofit kits for control and throttle servos and their installation in the Pioneer RPV. Pioneer UAV, Inc. is a joint venture between AAI Corporation, Hunt Valley, MD and Israeli Aircraft Industries (IAI), Tel Aviv, Israel. AAI and IAI are developers and sole suppliers of Pioneer equipment. Therefore, Pioneer UAV, Inc. is the only firm currently possessing the requisite technical expertise and required data to produce and install these retrofit kits in the Pioneer RPV.
