A mobile office arrangement which would be based upon the use of International Standards Organization (ISO) certified forty (40) feet long, eight (8) feet wide steel constructed ocean cargo containers. These containers would be modified in accordance with specifications to be provided by the Military Sealift Command. Specifications are still being developed. The overall package could call for up to four (4) containers to be modified. Each container would have a different internal layout. One will be for berthing, one will have a combined office and conference room capability, another will have a combined use of a multi-compartmented toilet and bathing facility at one end and a messing facility at the other end, and one unit will be used as an utility unit with installed generators, fuel storage, etc. All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal which will be considered by the Agency.
