This solicitation is for the design, fabrication and installation of an inbound & outbound baggage conveyor system at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The inbound baggage handling system consists of a crescent-plate conveyor. The outbound baggage handling system consists of a 4 scale conveyors, 4 metering belt merges, and a crescent plate conveyor. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposed development phase of this acquisition.
