Synopsis No. 15. This synopsis is in regard to the previously synopsized Sources Sought Announcement Syn. No. 9, which appeared on 2 February 1995. Answers to questions and any other information concerning the Sub HDR Sources Sought will be available on the SPAWAR Contracts Buelletin Board System (BBS), which can be downloaded by (703)602-9494. The SPAWAR BBS operates at 14,400 BAUD with a setting of 8:N:1. The Questions will be in WordPerfect 5.2. The file name is SUBHDR.DOC and it will be in the DRAFT Library of the SPAWAR Contracts BBS. This file should be available O/A 17 February 1995. To download the file, prospective offeror will need at a minimum, PC or MAC with modem emulation software that supports VT100 or ANSI standing; a modem that operates between 300 bps - 14.4K bps and approximately 500K of free disk space. Prospective offerors who download the questions may upload their comments to the DRAFT FILE LIBRARY on the SPAWAR Contracts BBS. Responses to the questions uploaded on the SPAWAR Contracts BBS must contain ''HDR'' plus five other characters of your choice as the uploaded file name. Example: HDRSYSIN.DOC. The Contracts BBS will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, as demand may be heavy, it may be necessary to call repeatedly or on off hours. A draft SOW and Specification are anticipated, please check the Draft File Library periodically.
