Cooperative Engagement Capability - The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to negotiate a contract with E-Systems, ECI Division for development, fabrication, and integration of six shipboard production prototype Common Equipment Set units technical and logistic support, spare and repair parts and equipment maintenance associated with the Accelerated CEC Progam. E-Systems is the only company qualified to perform this work within the time frame required. A contract will be awarded in accordance with requirements of RFP N00024-95-R-5407.
