The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain the services of an experienced commercial laboratory for the hematologic and clinical pathologic testing of animal samples to support the health monitoring at the National institutes of Health. 1. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, materials, equipment, facilities and services to perform the hematologic and clinical pathologic tests. 2. All work shall be done in a facility accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the College of American Pathologists. 3. The Contractor Shall employ at least one board certified Veterinary Clinical Pathologist that would be readily available for consultation and interpretation of test results. 4. The Contractor shall make various sample pick-ups at NIH locations on all weekdays and as requested on weekends and holidays. 5. The Contractor shall provide all sample collection tubes, culturettes, specimen cups, swabs, specimen bags, Vacutainer needles, etc. 6.
