(703)604-1920 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure
contractor fatigue assessment of the Boeing 707 Inflight Refueling
Training Aircraft. A contract modification will be issued on a sole
source basis to Chrysler Technologies Airborne Systems, Inc. (CTAS),
Waco TX under contract N00019-92-C-0216. The assessment shall determine
the remaining fatigue life of the subject aircraft, in addition, the
contractor shall determine the fatigue life remaining on the
modifications made to the aircraft for the training mission usage CTAS
is the only source with the prerequisite knowledge and experience in
design, development, production and testing of this equipment. For
