Contract for a period of one (1) year beginning with the date of award, with two one-year options. Tasks will be directed by individual delivery orders. This indefinite quantity contract will be open-ended with individual delivery orders issued against not to exceed $25,000 each and the Maximum Order Limitation (MOL) for the base period not to exceed $175,000. The area of consideration is restricted to firms within a 75 mile radius from this medical center.
