Tolbert, Contracting Officer, (210) 221-0584 The government intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with Lanier Worldwide/Voice Products Division to provide all labor, equipment, upgrades and parts to perform maintenance, repair and programming services on a government owned Lanier Voicewriter 4800 LX-130 medical transcription system and proprietary software located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, TX for the base period of 1 May 95 through 30 Sep 95 with a 1-year option. Contractor shall provide technicians that Lanier trained and Lanier 4800 EVS 7.2 certified between the hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The technicians shall also be MEDWORD / NOVELL trained.
