The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the demolition and removal of a two story concrete masonry structure, Building 1304, at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The facility consists of 40'-0'' X 140'-0'' building with an attached 20-0'' X 31'-0'' boiler room, concrete slab floor, foundations/footings, concrete filled pipe columns with piers and footings, exterior stairs, mechanical and electrical systems and utilities. Also to be removed are sidewalks, concrete slabs and approximately 25'-0'' X 30'-0'' section of road.
