The contractor using available supply and financial records from the Division Comptroller and the Director of Logistics, shall determine problems and provide solutions to the property turn-in system and the system for receiving financial credit returns; and also determine computer software related problems in system interface between DS4, TUFMIS, SAILS and STANFINS. The contractor shall perform these functions for units at Fort Carson, Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site and the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Only written requests will be accepted. This IFB replaces proposed solicitation DAKF06-94-R-0028, published in the CBD on September 7, 1994. (037)
