Wallace (504)862-2872 The New Orleans District Corps of Engineers intends to enter into contract with Max J. Derbes, Inc. for the preparation and delivery of Narative Tract Appraisals. The scope of work includes the reappraisal of approximately 22 ownerships performed previously by this contractor in the Atchafalaya Basin Floodway System. The reappraisal shall include a current date of value and an imposition of a revised easement. Based on continuing negotiations between the Government and land owners, these services are being procured on a sole source basis, see Note 22.
