NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR COST SHARING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT PROPOSALS The Defense Logistics Agency will issue on/or about 10 March 1995 a solicitation for cooperative agreement proposals to assist state and local governments and other nonprofit entities in establishing or maintaining procurement technical assistance activities to help business firms market their goods and services to the Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies, state and/or local government agencies. Cooperative agreement awards will be made competitively based on the evaluation of proposals received. The DoD cost sharing will not exceed 50% of the net program cost (may be increased up to 75% if the area to be serviced qualifies solely as a distressed area) which excludes any Federal funds not authorized to be shared and other income. The DoD share of an individual net program cost will not exceed $150,000 for programs providing less than statewide coverage and $300,000 for programs providing statewide coverage. Interested parties, state and local governments, and private nonprofit organizations may obtain copies of the solicitation from the Defense Logistics Agency, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (AQAU), Cameron Station, Alexandria, VA 22304-6100.
