Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION/DEMOLITION OF WALLS CEILINGS, AND ELECTRICAL WORK AT THE U.S. ARMY SOLDIER SYSTEMS COMMAND NATICK, MA SOL DAAK60-95-R-8011 DUE 032095 POC Purchasing Agent, DONALD TULLIS, 508-7651-4584 or facsimile 508-651-5286 The Contractor shall perform work as required under individual delivery orders to be placed against the resultant indefinite quantity contract. The period of the base contract shall be one year, with an option for a one year extension. The minimum which the Government may order under the contract is $25,000; the maximum will be $250,000 for one year and $300,000 total for the period of two years, if the option is exercised. Orders may be placed during that period of the contract which will require work to be performed after the expiration of the base contract. Work which may be called for under any given delivery order includes removal/demolition and disposal of existing partitions, ceilings, doors, carpeting, electrical fixtures and wiring, and / or installation of new partitians, ceilings, etc, complete with connection to existing facilities as appropriate. Clean up of work site and disposition of all debris via the contractor's own dumpsters will be required. All work shall be performed by the contractor as specified in individual delivery orders, including the performance of work during the evening or weekend if so specified in the order. The Army reserves the right to consider a small or small disadvantaged business set-aside based on the responses hereto. Firms responding shall indicate whether or not they are a small or small disadvantaged business concern. For the purpose of this requirement, any concern with an average annual gross income of $17 million or less is considered small business.(0038)
