The proposed contract consist of the construction of a 1392 square foot Hazardous Material Pharmacy Addition to building 205 located at Youngstown-Warren Reginal Airport, Vienna Ohio for the Department of the Air Force, Headquarters, 910 Airlift Group (FARES). Solicitation will be issued approximately 95 Mar 27. The Dollar magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract award will be made as a whole to one bidder. Estimated duration of the contract is 120 calendar days. The proposed contract listed herein is being considered a 100% Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside. Interested SDB Concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 15 days of this notice. This notification must include a postive statement of eligibility as a small business concern, evidence of capability to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projectt of this complexity and magnitude. The information shall be provide to the Contract Specialist or the Contracting Officer abofe. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all Small Business conerns, as well as SDB ooncerns. The Standard Classification Code for this project is 1542.
