Proposal amount will be in the form of a multiplier to be applied against a unit price schedule for future work orders which include, but are not limited to, various types of roof repair, alteration or replacement projects for US Postal Service owned and/or leased buildings throughout the State of Mississippi area. The contract will be for a 2 year period with an initial amount of $250,000. A $20,000 proposal bond is required and payment and performance bonds will be required from the successful offeror. There may be more than one contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. If only one contract is awarded, it would be awarded to the offeror with the lowest multiplier. The minimum amount of $10,000 worth of work during the period of the contract, as well as the maximum amount of $250,000, applies to each of the contracts that may be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
