Z -- REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT FOR REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF ROOFING SOL DAAD01-95-B-0219. DUE 031595. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the repair and replacement of roofing at USAYPG will be a 100% Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) set-aside under Standard Industrial Classification Code 1761 ($7,000,000.00 in average annual receipts). The contract shall provide for all management, supervision, labor, equipment, material and transportation required to repair and replace roofs via delivery orders placed against a basic contract (on an as-required basis). The term of the contract will be from date of award through 12 months, and will have 2 12-month options available. The estimated magnitude of the construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. All responsible SDB sources shall be considered. Telephone requests for the IFB will not be honored.
