44 -- LOW NOX STEAM PLANT, 12,000 PPH SOL N47408-95-R-0102 DUE 031795 POC Jim Dobbin, Contract Specialist, (805) 982-5103, 805-982-5103 LOW NOx STEAM PLANT, 12,000 PPH with nominal horsepower rating of 350 BHp at 5 square feet of heating surface area per boiler horse- power, fully enclosed, and skid mounted. The boiler shall be a fire tube design and shall be equipped with a low NOx burner assembly designed for use with natural gas as a primary fuel and with No. 2 fuel oil as an alternate fuel when emission standards are exempted. One each - First Article unit, contractor tested to be delivered to Port Hueneme, CA, 475 days after contract award. Four each production units, one each every 60 days starting 180 days after First Article acceptance until complete to be delivered to Port Hueneme, CA. Option for two additional units. Partial waiver of First Article tests will be considered by requiring activity upon proof of acceptance of substantially similar design test data.
