DYNCorp Information and Engineering Technology Division (I&ET), under contract to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), intends to subcontract the design, provision, installation, testing, training, documentation and support of a state-of-the-art PBX for the EPA Region VI offices located in Dallas, TX. The PBX will be initially designed to support 1300 stations (ports), but should be wired and configurable for up to 2000 stations (ports). DYNCorp anticipates an May 1995 award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract for these supplies and services. The anticipated RFP issue date is February 27, 1995. All offerors must be authorized to distribute, support and have certified personnel for, the system which they propose to supply. Attendance at a pre-proposal conference on-site in Dallas will be required. All details, specifications and terms and conditions will be provided in the solicitation.
