This solicitation will provide Technical Support for JTACS Switching and Communications (CMS) Equipment. This equipment includes the AN/TTC/TYC-39 family of tactical switches, and Communications Management Systems equipment. Data rights to much of the equipment is not owned by the Government and is therefore not available to vendors. Equipment required for technical support is limited in number and currently resident in government and contractor labs, and not available as GFE to vendors. A detailed Market Survey describing the effort is available.
