Bordone, 703/875-1023 The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Office of Population invites applications for a competitively awarded cooperative agreement to be funded under the Information, Education and Communication Support (IEC) program . The purpose of this project is to enhance the freedom of individuals to choose the number and spacing of their children. The goal is to support the effective delivery of appropriate information on family planning and reproductive health to developing country audiences. A sub-goal is to improve the reproductive health of women. The recipient awarded the cooperative agreement should have an established reputation in this area. Those who submit their name and mailing address (no phone requests will be accepted) will receive Request for Application (RFA) No. M/OP/A/P-95-002 which USAID expects to issue in Mid-March 1995.
