B -- ADDITIONAL ENHANCEMENT INFORMATION/STUDIES FOR THE COUNTY OF KAUAI'S RESOURCE EXCHANGE AND BUY-BACK CENTER PROPOSALS are requested for the furnishing of professional services to the County of Kauai's for the PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL ENHANCEMENT INFORMATION/STUDIES FOR THE COUNTY OF KAUAI'S RESOURCE EXCHANGE AND BUY-BACK CENTER. Proposals will be received up to 2:00 pm March 08, 1995. This technical assistance program is 100% funded by the Economic Development Administration (EDA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce through Title IX, Sudden and Severe Economic Dislocation (SSED) program and is subject to terms and conditions of the Grant Award. The Director of Finance reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the County.
