B -- HANAPEPE TOWN CORE ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION PROGRAM PROPOSALS are requested for the furnishing of professional services to the County of Kauai for the preparation of a HANAPEPE TOWN CORE ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION PROGRAM. Proposals will be received up to 2:00 pm on March 09, 1995. This technical assistance program is funded by the Economic Development Administration (EDA) of the U.S. Dept. of Commerce through Title IX, Sudden and Severe Economic Dislocation (SSED) program. The Director of Finance reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the County.
