of two contracts for multi- disciplinary architectural-engineering
services on an indefinite delivery, on-call basis at Hill Air Force
Base, Utah. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: (1)
Alteration and repair of grounds, roads, buildings, and structures; (2)
Alteration and repair of utilities; (3) Alteration and repair of
various types of mechanical systems to include HVAC and associated
controls, fire protection, steam plants, steam distribution and piping,
waste treatment, and other mechanical systems; (4) Alteration and
repair of various types of lighting and power distribution systems; (5)
Feasibility, traffic, and other studies. The contract will have a one
year performance period with an option to extend for an additional
year. A maximum monetary limit of $750,000 per year exists on the total
design fees paid with a minimum of $5,000 per year. No single task
assignment will exceed $299,000. Firms being considered are restricted
to Region 5. All designs must be reviewed and stamped by an Architect
of Engineer licensed in the State of Utah. firms submitting for
consideration must be capable of providing digitized drawings in DXF,
DGN, or DWG format on 3 1/2 inch disks. For the 1995 contract year,
firms must submit 50% of the project assigned in full metric. In 1996,
the percentage could increase to 100%. This involved submitting
drawings, specifications, and design calculations in metric dimensions.
The government will determine which projects will be metric. Firms
desiring consideration must submit Standard Forms 254 and 255 directly
to 75th CEG/CECO, 7302 Wardleigh Road, Hill Air Force Base, Utah
84056-5223, Attn: Shelley Hill. Only responses received by 15 Mar 1995

importance) professional qualifications, past performance, firm
location, specialized experience, professional capacity, and prior
