The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS), China Lake, California intends to negotiate a contract for per-call (time and materials) remedial and preventive hardware maintenance of Government-Owned Apple manufactured hardware and attached peripherals (may be third party) that have been or will be acquired by NAWCWPNS. The proposed contract is a competitive 100% set-aside for offerors under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program. Also, the contractor must be an Authorized Apple Service Center. This will ensure that the Contractor has been trained, can obtain Apple repair parts, service Apple equipment under warranty, and provide service at the standards required by the OEM. The equipment to be maintained will be located at various locations within the boundaries of NAWCWPNS and the Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS), China Lake, and Point Mugu, California sites. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code designated for this requirement is 7378 and the SBA's National Buy Number assigned is 7700-95-6023. The period of performance of the resulting contract will be five years from 10 December 1995 through 9 December 2000.
