A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for providing two (2) full time Family Practice Physicians and one (1) full time Family Practice Nurse, at Fox Army Community Hospital, Redstone Arsenal, AL. Physicians/nurse will be scheduled to perform 0800-1630 hours, Monday through Friday, with scheduling changes adhered to as deemed appropriate by the medical treatment facility. ``On-call'' services are anticipated for OB/GYN deliveries. Services shall be effective from date of contract award (o/a 17 Jul 95), through 30 Sep 95. Pursuant to the provisions of FAR 52.217-0009 and 52.217-0008, two (2) yearly option periods and option to extend services (NTE 6 months), will be available under the proposed contract. Solicitation is tentatively scheduled for issuance o/a 30 Mar 95 with a projected proposal due date of 01 May 95, 3:00 PM (EST).
