Perform management and related services for single family (one to four unit) properties which are owned or are in the custody of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the jurisdiction of the Columbus, Ohio Field Office. The RFP covers two geographic areas: 1. Southwest Franklin County, Ohio, and 2. Champaign, Clark, Logan, Madison, and Union Counties, Ohio. The services require day to day services in the form of inspections, debris removal, lawn maintenance, winterization, etc. HUD expects to award one contract for each of the areas listed. Offerors may propose on one or both areas. The contracts' periods will each be for a base year and two single year priced option periods to be exercised by HUD. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 6531. The size standard is $1,500,000.
