R -- 1-800 HOTLINE TOURISM INFORMATION SERVICE PROPOSALS are requested for the furnishing of professional services to the County of Kauai's for a 1-800 HOTLINE TOURISM INFORMATION SERVICE. Proposals will be received up to 2:00 pm March 07, 1995. This technical assistance program is 100% funded by the Economic Development Administration (EDA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce through Title IX, Sudden and Severe Economic Dislocation (SSED) program and is subject to terms and conditions of the Grant Award. The Director of Finance reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the County.
