Hesson, Contracting Officer, 202/606-2495. The proposed procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses within a 15 mile radius of Penn Square in the city of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. SIC 7011 - $3.5 million, is assignend to this procurement. This means that the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years can not exceed $3.5 million. The contractor shall provide: (1) A minimum of 4 general session classrooms and a minimum of 16 breakout rooms to be used as training space. (2) Training support space to be used as a library, student computer room, copier room, hospitality rooms/student lounge(s), coffee service area, and storage area/rooms. (3) Office space which will be used as a reception area, clerical support area, private offices, stageing/preparation area, and storage area for up to 20 OPM personnel and visiting faculty. (4) Lodging space (private, fully-furnished rooms) to accommodate at a minimum 160 participants, speakers, and official visitors. (5) Hotel registration area for participant check-in and check-out. (6) Athletic facility/exercise workout/aerobic room. (7) Food/beverage/meals service (three meals per day, continuous coffee service) for a minimum of 160 participants, speakers and official guest. Services shall be performed between May 1, 1996, through September 30, 1997, with options for four additional years.
