In accordance with OMB Circular A-76, this is the third of three notices to determine the availability of responsible and qualified commercial concerns interested in providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform transient alert aircraft maintenance services which include Transient Maintenance Management, Arrival Services, Processing Services and Departure Services for all transient aircraft that choose to stop at Little Rock AFB AR. These services consist of parking aircraft, fueling aircraft, visual inspection of airframe and components, and the performance of operational checks and minor maintenance. This solicitation will not result in a contract if government in-house performance is determined to be more advantageous. The proposed IFB is 100 percent small business set-aside. This office proposes to issue IFB F03602-95-B0004 on or about 30 March 95. IFB will cover basic year with four one-year options.
