The solicitation shall include provisions for vehicular installation of mobile units and conversion of portable units to mobil use. Maintenance services of mobil units, carry phones (portable, bag unit, 3 watt output), and portable units. This effort shall be a services type contract. A base and two one year option periods shall be included. Period of performance: date of contract award thru one year thereafter. FOB destination: Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor, Washington.
