A Government prepared Project Development (35%) Design will be the basis for the design-construct project. The facility will be a single story structure, fully sprinkled with a metal roof. The new clubhouse will include a pro shop, offices, storage, snack bar, lounge/bar, kitchen, shower/locker rooms, dining room, meeting rooms and a bag drop. Work includes HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and alarm systems, electrical, telephone and public address systems and cable TV. Site work will include all required utility services, asphaltic concrete paving, landscaping with automatic sprinkler irrigation, demolition of existing structures, redesign and replacement of the existing septic system and all other site improvements to provide a complete and usable facility. Plans and specs available on or about 28 Feb 95 at $65.00 per set. No refunds will be made and documents need not be returned. No individual sheets may be purchased.
